Java Script can do things better than flash, sometimes.
Dhteumeuleu is a website with lots of Java Script experiments.
Lytebox is an alternative by Markus F. Hay at The well known Light Box Java Script code to manage pictures and gallery on web pages.
The purpose was to write a self-contained object that eliminated the dependency of prototype.js, effects.js, and scriptaculous.js.
